7 basic (but very important) hair care tips….

You might have faced one or the other hair problem

at least once in your life time. Reason can be

various, but there are few things which you can

modify and can protect your hair from further damage. Following

are the 7 tips which are very easy for you to implement and,

which are very effective:

 

1)EAT SENSIBLY – AVOID JUNK AND SUGARY FOOD.

The reason for your hair problem can be many, but

most common reason is your food habits. First it was

weekly affair to go out and eat junk food. But

now a days due to various food home delivery services, you

have increased your junk food consumption. Many apps

deliver food at midnight also. And you probably who have never

eat outside food at midnight have also started

eating it at midnight. Eating junk food more frequently and also at odd time can

disturb your digestive system & these can interfere in

absorption of important vitamins and

minerals in your body, which are very important for your hairs.

 

2)WASH YOUR HAIR TWICE A WEEK WITH MILD SHAMPOO

Due to increase in pollution it is more likely that your hair

gets dirty more frequently, and more the dirt more

damage to your hair. So, it is always better to

keep your scalp and hair clean. But don’t do it

too frequently. Twice a week is sufficient for most of us.

 

3)WASH YOUR HAIR WITH COLD WATER

Washing hair with hot water can rob

moisture of your hair. Making it dryer and

brittle. So always wash your hair with cold water and

if you cannot bare cold water then,

take Luke warm water instead of hot water.

 

4)AVOID HARSH CHEMICALS SUCH AS CHLORINE IN SWIMMING POOL.

Swimming is a good sport; every one should know it as

it is a lifesaving sport. But you should take care of

your hairs by wearing cap while swimming. May be you

know it, but you become lazy to wear the cap while

swimming. It is must as it will protect your hair from

harmful chemical like chlorine.

 

5)AVOID HIGH HEAT FROM DRYERS & WEAR CURLING TONGS

If you are using dryer & curling tongs occasionally, then

it is ok. But, if you are using it too frequently, then

it will make your hair dry and it will break easily.

 

6)PROTECT YOUR HAIR AND SCALP FROM SUN & POLLUTION BY WEARING SCARF OR CAP

If your hair is exposed to sun for long period of time,

then UVA AND UVB rays can damage your hair from

outside, that is outer layer of your hair. Sign includes-

dry brittle hair, split ends, thinning & fizziness. Even

pollution present in the environment will damage your hair. So,

it is always beneficial to cover your hair with

cap or scarf whenever you go out.

 

7)PERFORM A WEEKLY SCALP MASSAGE

Massaging your scalp will increase blood circulation in

your scalp. This will not only help your hair follicles but

will also relieve your stress. You can

perform scalp massage twice a week.
