There is now enormous range of herbal /green teas available

in health food shops and supermarkets.

Today we will discuss on Chamomile tea, its

4 health benefits and who should NOT take it……

First let us see-

4-HEALTH BENEFIT OF CHAMOMILE TEA:

1-IT HELPS YOU TO GET BETTER SLEEP

When you drink chamomile tea,

it has soothing and tranquilizing effect, which induces sleep.

Even the used bag of chamomile tea can be used

by keeping it in refrigerator for few hours and

then you can keep that chill bags on your eyes.

It will give soothing effects.

2-IT HELPS TO TREAT STOMACH CRAMPS:

It relaxes your uterine muscles.

Thus, it helps you to reduce your stomach cramps during your periods.

It also increases Glycine levels in your body.

Glycine helps you to reduce your muscle spasms.

3-IT HELPS TO HEAL YOUR WOUND:

In addition to drinking tea,

you can also rub chamomile tea on your wounds or burns.

4-IT HELPS TO REDUCE RISK OF CANCER:

It contains Flavonoids,

All green teas are not suitable to everybody so you need to take

precautions before using them.

Some people may develop allergy to it.

If you are suffering from asthma,

you should not take chamomile tea

as it can aggravate your asthmatic attacks!
