WHOLE PULSES-It is always advisable to include whole pulses in your daily main meal.
NUTS—All nuts like almond, cashew, peanuts, pista etc. are good.
You can include nuts in your deserts, chatnis, pulao.
Or you can take them in-between your main meals.
PANEER AND TOFU
It is a part of B -GROUP of vitamins.
It strengthens and nourishes your nerves tissues.
Thus, it will help your damaged nerves to recover from the injury.
