Covid-19 is the talk of the globe now a days. All the
scientists are in search of its medicine and vaccine,
researches are going on and for sure we will get
success in that sooner or later, but till then
we have to take care of our self by following our
government instructions. You know that Italy is having
highest death because of Covid-19 in Europe and
it is among top 5 in the world. But you
may not know that Italy is one of the countries with
the highest prevalence of low level of
vitamin-D in Europe.
Vitamin -D deficiency has been reported to increase
the risk of developing systemic infection and
impaired immune response or even autoimmune disease. One
meta-analysis has shown that vitamin-D supplementation can

Vitamin-D plays a crucial role in maintaining
your immunity. It has both anti-inflammatory and
immunoregulatory properties. It also enhances
the function of immune cells like- t-cell and

You have no choice but to listen to your Doctor. But,
if you are spared from covid-19, help yourself now by

In this lockdown you need not go in garden or
public places for getting sunshine. You need to
just stand in your gallery or veranda.
Please maintain social distancing while getting
sunshine in this lockdown. Everyday get exposure to
sunshine at least for 20—30 mins between
8am to 1pm as per your comfort.
Now summer has started so it is better to
take sunshine before 11:30 am.
Just get up and take your sunshine daily.
If you want, you can blame china for covid-19, but
you can not blame anybody for your vitamin-D deficiency!
