After recovery from covid 19, when your test is negative, you
still may not “feel” healthy. It takes 4—6 weeks
to get back to normalcy after covid recovery.
The corona virus is known to weak down your

- Severe weakness- unable to do routine
work. Always feel like sleepiness.

- Fruit juice or even vegetable soup

Vitamin E & selenium
Both vitamin E and selenium act as an antioxidant.

Good natural vegetarian sources of vitamin E & selenium are:
- Almond
- Walnuts
- Sesame seed
- Pumpkin seed
During this recovery phase when you don’t feel like
