Are you suffering from migraine? Shocking truth about migraine & MSG, (monosodium glutamate )!
There can be many causes of Migraine.
One of them is – your sensitivity to MSG.
If you are sensitive to MSG, then you can
have migraine if you eat food containing MSG.
MSG is the flavour enhancer which makes
every food a little bit tastier. Unfortunately, it is
present in every packaged & processed food. And,
this is the reason when you prepare same food at home,
following same recipe, the food tastes different as compared to
the packaged food or the restaurant food.
In addition to migraine, MSG can also lead to
many other serious health issues like-
obesity, fatty liver, diabetes, high cholesterol,
high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, neurological & brain damage.
Market is flooded with such packaged food and it is
loading new food with new flavour almost every day to
attract you to buy them. And, without seeing label, you buy them.
MSG can be an ingredient in the food, but
because of the increasing awareness, the food
producer don’t mention it on the label. Even the
wrapper labelled as ‘NO MSG’ will have MSG. How come?
The manufacturer may not add MSG as such, but they
do use other ingredients like flavouring agents, which
do contain MSG!
