Asthma: The food that helps!

When you suffer from cough and cold, you take

Medicine. For most of the people it

gets cured that way. But, if your symptoms

get more aggravated. Or you feel little better but

not completely cured. & your cough

last long even after taking all that

antibiotics and cough syrup. You may

develop tightness in your chest without pain.

Wheezing or whistling when breathing.

Shortness of breath or difficulty in breathing. Or,

due to cough you are unable to sleep. Any of these

can be the signs of asthma. Do you know that

your food can help you to get relief faster?

One such mictonutrient is – ‘Quercetin’.

QUERCETIN is a plant-based flavonoid. It

helps you to reduce your histamine release & it also

has an antioxidant effect. This means that

it can help you to fight against the disease causing

factors like free radicals.

  • Black grapes
  • Strawberry
  • Broccoli &
  • Red onion (raw).
