It is always better to rotate your oil monthly.
Never buy oil for a year at a time.
It would help you to buy 5-liter pack of oil so that
you can rotate your oil monthly.
For one month you can use an oil that is
rich in MUFA (monounsaturated fatty acid).
e.g. peanut oil and rice-bran oil.
For another month you can use an oil with
high PUFA (poly unsaturated fatty acid)
e.g. sunflower oil.
In the video I had mentioned that
for therapeutic purpose, you even need to
use different oils for lunch and dinner. But,
this is for you only if you are suffering from
serious diseases like heart problem, Obesity,
Increased cholesterol etc.
You need to consult a qualified dietitian
who can prescribe you the exact types of oil
you need to use that will help you cure your disease.
