How to check it yourself: Are you getting enough of Oxygen?
Oxygen is your No.1 Nutrient.
When your body doesn’t get enough oxygen,
your body enters into fight or flight mode. It uses
all its vital energy to compensate this oxygen deficiency.
Every cell of your body comes under the
emergency mode to keep you alive. This puts
tremendous stress on every system of your body like
