Breast problems (Part 1) :3 food groups to avoid…..

Mild breast problems during the time of

your periods are considered as normal physiological

change. They reflect the surges of your

female hormones. But do you suffer from

severe breast changes around the time of your periods?

  • Pain in the breast
  • Lumpy breast
  • Cystic breast
  • Heaviness in breast

These symptoms are known as

fibrocystic breast disease. There are, however,

many lifestyle factors that can aggravate your breast changes.

Today we will discuss about 3 food to avoid if

you are suffering from breast problems:

  • High fat: High fat diet raises your estrogen level. And

excess estrogen builds up fluid in your body. This

leads to lump & pain in your breast.

  • Dairy products: Some dairy product contains

hormones that may worsen your breast pain & lump.

  • Caffeine: coffee & other sources of caffeine like

tea, cola, chocolates etc, contains a chemical known as

– methylxanthine. It stretches blood vessels,

irritates nerves & increases your breast tenderness.

It is true that around the time of your periods,

there is craving for such food. But if they cause

problems, then you must avoid it.
