Today we are going to talk about a very common problem.

& it is also very much ignored.

Are you having a Bad Breath?

Don’t ignore your bad breath…

It negatively affects your professional life.

But, more alarming issue is,

that it affects the precious and personal moments

of your personal life as well.


The most common cause of your bad breath is

deposits on your teeth-

known as dental plaque or calculus.

You surely need to

brush your teeth twice in a day-

once in a morning and

once in night before going to bed.


And, you need to see your dentist every 6 months.

Your dentist will remove all the deposits

from your teeth & make them clean and shiny.


However, if still your bad breath continues,

you can have deficiency of Niacin.

Niacin is also known as Vitamin – B3.

Natural, vegetarian sources of Niacin are-

  • Roasted Groundnut
  • Rice Bran
  • Garden Crass Seed (Asalio)
