Muscle cramps during exercise

Good thing about corona is, that people have become

more aware about their health & have started doing

regular exercises. Doing exercise is very good to increase

your body strength and it also improves your internal

body function. But, I have seen that most of you

have muscle cramps during or after doing exercise. These cramps

are generally temporary. However, if you are getting cramps

frequently and if you are feeling exhausted due to exercise,

then it could be due to Micro nutrient depletion.

Many micro nutrients get depleted from your body

due to weight training exercises.

So, what you do commonly is-

  • You buy that costly nutrient/ protein powder from gym.
  • This powder even though they have mention organic or

natural on it, they contain many preservatives and flavor

enhancer which are not good for you.

  • It is also practically not possible to take these artificially

produced powders throughout your life.

It is always better to go for natural and practical solution and that is-

consult your dietitian and get required nutrients from your daily diet naturally!
