Recurrent enlarged tonsils or tonsillitis is commonly
seen in children. And the common cause of enlarged tonsils are:
- Viral or bacterial infection
- Weak immune system
- Food allergies

child is unable to eat anything &
sometime he is also having difficulty in

permanent solution. If your doctor had advised for
tonsillectomy then it is fine. But insisting for tonsils removal is

- Green leafy vegetables
It is very important antioxidant that helps your child to maintain
the cell membrane & immune cell function. Thus, it strengthen
your child’s immune system.
Good natural vegetarian sources of vitamin-E are:
- Sesame seed
- Pumpkin seeds
Also, avoid food that is not suitable
to your child- especially all the artificially flavored & colored
foods. Lets your child’s food be the medicine.
