While I am writing down this blog on Tuesday morning of
24th March 2020, the whole of Gujarat and
many other states of India are under lockdown. Everyone is
worried about the Corona virus. While the situation is scary,
I am optimistic that the researchers will be able to
prepare some sort of vaccine shortly and the virus will be under control.
An important question arises is, while our researchers are
working hard to invent some vaccine and doctors are busy
treating the infected patients, what can we do for
ourselves while being in home?
Along with taking all the preventive measures to
keep spread of the virus under control, our top most priority
must be to maintain our physical and mental health.
As you are reading this blog, it is understood that
you are a learned person. And you are very well aware about
the benefits of exercise and yoga.
Having said that, there are a few possibilities-
- You were regularly going to Gym or yoga classes before
this lockdown. Now, because you are at home, you are
not able to go to your gym or yoga class.
