What is right time to have fruits?

It is a usual practice to have fruits

with main meal that is-

breakfast, lunch & dinner or,

immediately after the main meal.

 

Are you also having the same practice?

Well, it is not a very good practice

for your waist size.

 

Why?

Because, your liver metabolizes your food and

converts the food as per the

requirement of your body.

When you are having your fruits along

with your main meal, or,

immediately after it,

your liver actually has ample of

energy from your meal.

 

In this situation,

there is increased likelihood that

your liver will repackage the excess fructose

which comes from your fruits as fat.

 

This is a biochemical truth-

the fruits that you have taken in good faith

actually, leads to increase of your waist size!

So, the best time to have fruits is

in between two main meal.

That is, either between breakfast and lunch or

between lunch and dinner.

This will benefit your body with

all the nutrient present in your fruits.

 

As a matter of fact, you can

eat fruits at any time,

but if you want to get maximum nutrients,

have them empty stomach.

So, next time when you want to eat fruits,

choose best time for it

so that your purpose of taking fruits will be fulfilled.
